This new year, join Waterspirit and Yoga Instructor, Angel Tener, for Gentle New Moon Flow Yoga. Gentle New Moon Flow Yoga will be conducted from 6:30 to 8:00 pm on each of the following Tuesday evenings 1/28, 2/25, 3/25, 4/29, 5/27. We hope you join us for each program.
Both beginner and experienced participants will enjoy this class as we develop energy and balance. Flow through poses to promote strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Become empowered as Angel guides us through breathing and mindful movements.
No experience necessary. We are all here to learn from one another. Whether you are new to yoga or advanced, join us for an evening building connections and sharing the fun.
*Participants are encouraged to bring a refillable water bottle, a yoga mat, knee cushions, yoga blocks and blankets for positioning aides.
