Eco-Anxiety Support Group Information Session

Waterspirit is hosting a third round of an Eco-anxiety support group starting with an informative session on May 27th from 6 - 8 PM. This meeting is an introductory meeting where you will learn more about this program and what the 10 weeks involve. All meetings will be held on Zoom. The 10-week long program will be held on Wednesdays at 6 PM EDT.

Using the Good Grief Network’s “10 Steps to Personal Resilience and Empowerment in a Chaotic Climate” method, Waterspirit offers multi-modal techniques that help facilitate the metabolizing of heavy feelings that can distract us from our work in the world. This methodology provides the missing piece that helps prevent activism fatigue and burn out. These tools are necessary for those of us looking to sustain ourselves for the long haul.
